During the mathematics and humanities trail, i have learnt alot of new things that i can use in my everyday live. One example is the clinometer. The clinometer is a small mathematical instrument that measures height of bulidings. It can even measure the tallest buliding in the world, by just following a few easy steps. The clinometer can be made by using recylable things too. So, not only does it measure incredibly tall bulidings it saves the earth too. I have also learnt thet the third terminal was bulid to accomadate the large number of tourists to Singapore. As now, the world is facing global warming, the goverement decided that the theme for the third terminal to be green. This is to tell people the importance of playing our part to help saving the earth, and to show that Singapore is doing their part too. There was two features in the airport that i can remember. One was of them was a machine that converts the warm air outside to cool air conditioning for the airport. I find this very helpful to the earth. Not only does it help to save the earth, but also save our resources in Singapore knowing taht Singapore is not a very resoureful country. The second feature is that, they painted the pillars brown to make it look like a tree branch. They also added some plam trees to make it look more outstanding. I guess, from this trail not only have i learnt more about maths, but i have also learnt that saving the earth is also very important and that everyone should do their part to help save the earth.

reflections
Before moving on to changi airport,i could see the excited and delighted feelings they must have felt towards the school trip.pupils were anticipated to go to changi airport immediately. On the way to changi airport we were welcome and introduce by our buddy kenneth. He explained and let us know the history that was behind the changi airport being made and its first flight from singapore to malaysia.During the learning journeys, our class were being exposed to maths and humanities subjects.we had to complete the booklets that was given as a task through the learning processes and i find that the questions were changllenging,it let us developed our critical thinking skills to solve the questions like maths. The technology were in advanced and the places were clean and sparkling, there were shops selling foods and souveniers for tourist to occupy their time either in waiting for theirs flights or arrival.we had a short break for snacks too. After the learning journeys,i felt that changi airport was a paradised,i had learn even new things and knowledge which are not able to learn from school permises.our buddy, kenneth was social and easy-going person.i could felt his passion for teaching because he would not fail to let me understand the doubts i have had that i could not solve i was glad to have such a buddy and tour guide.changi airport is the best!

Ever since, I visited the Changi Airport was many years sgo. This time, the school given us this chance to visit Changi Airport terminal 3, i was very grateful about it. I was so happy when i heard that the trail was held at the Changi Airport, maybe it mean I will be able to visit the Changi Airport once in my life. The entire trail was successfully ended and was happy that day. from the trail, I have learnt many things that school haven teach us. although the trail was successfully ended but I suggest that they can add more station and extend the time. Probably, the facilator can explain more about the history of the Changi Airport terminal 3. When I reached the airport, I was amused, i had never seen so big place. The facilators group us well and get along with us. Our facilators was so kind, helpful, and help us in our understanding. But too sad, they can't have their lunch with us as this was the part of their rule. The facilators was also well-prepared in order to give us information. In the end, I was thrilled and overjoyed with th facilators.

I felt that the Maths and Humanities trail at Changi Airport was very fun. In Changi Airport, we can learn somethings about countries dollar sign, what we should do before taking the aeroplane and we also learn some maths there. We have two facilators in our class. The female facilator lead Reg. 1-20 to do the booklets and we even learn to do some maths question. All this station have let me learn a lot of things. A station A, I learn that we can checkfor informations about the flight detail and check- in row on the flight information TV. I also learn that we need to go to the immigration counter to get our passport stamped and we need to prepare passport and boarding pass ready.
In station B, I learn that our language can only be 20kg each passenger when boarding the plane. In station c, I learn how to measure a rubbish bin using ruler. In station D, I learn the park rates for cars and van. In station E, we learn USA, malaysia and japan flags and their currency used. I also learn that in station D. At the last station which is station F, I learn how to use pie to do mathematic sums.
I felt that the duration for maths and humanities trail was just right. we even have 1 hour to have our lunch and shop at the terminal after we have finish the trail and the booklet.

After going on this trail, i think that Singapore is a modern country and i'm proud to live in Singapore. As Singapore government oversee that Singapore has a lot of tourists coming in, they decided to build another Terminal, which is terminal 3 when we already have Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. They built another Terminal so as to accommodate the tourist. At terminal 3, i saw a lot of tourist from all over the world. As Singapore is a multi-racial country, Singapore is a well-known country. There a few tourist whom left me quite a deep impression as they smile at me. They are a couple from English countries and there's one lady from China. I have heard from my facilator, Belle that Singapore first airport was not at Changi but started in Paya lebar and Kallang.Opened in 1955 the aiport has only a single runway and a small passenger terminal. But now, it has already expanded and hundreds of flight from different countries fly in to Singapore. For the tourist, there are quite a varitey of places they can visit. For example there are, Sentosa, Singapore Botanic Garden, Singapore zoo,Night Safrari,Discovery centre,Science centre, Bird park and many other more!
